Ambassador's meeting with the Chair of the Hungarian-Georgian friendship group of the Hungarian National Assembly

Ambassador of Georgia Tamara Liluashvili had a productive meeting with the Chair of the Hungarian-Georgian friendship group of the Hungarian National Assembly Nacsa Lőrinc.

Sides discussed positive recommendation from the European Commission to grant Georgia the Candidate Status and possible results of the upcoming EUCO meeting in December 2023. Ambassador expressed gratitude for Hungary's staunch support for Georgia's EU Integration path.

The year of 2024 will be the year of strengthening Parliamentary Diplomacy between two countries. Specific plans of the agenda were discussed during the meeting.
